How to Donate
Donations make our work possible. Big or small, we’re grateful for any monetary donation you can give.
Donating is easy. You have the option to designate your donation in a loved one’s memory, allowing their memory to live on through the work we do.
Mail a Check
All checks should be made payable to “Hospice Support Foundation” and mailed to the following address:

Donation FAQs
Is my donation tax deductible?
The Hospice Support Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gift may be deductible as a charitable contribution subject to the general tax law limitations applicable to charitable contributions.
Do you accept donations of medical equipment and/or supplies?
At this time, we are only able to accept monetary donations.
Do you accept donations from estate plans?
We are happy to be named a beneficiary in your estate plan. Please contact us to ensure proper coordination.
How can I make a donation in someone’s memory?
Donors are encouraged to make donations in memory of others. Please submit the name of your loved one along with your donation by mail or with your online donation.
